Gasoline Grill began as a small spot in an old gas station, drawing steady lines of customers in central Copenhagen. It has become a local favorite thanks to its fresh, organic ingredients and welcoming atmosphere. Over the years, it has expanded to multiple locations, but the original setting still holds a special charm.

The famous cheeseburger at the original Gasoline Grill. There’s been a hype around Gasoline Grill ever since they opened in 2016. That means a steady queue of customers at the gas station at Landgreven a few blocks from Kongens Nytorv. The burgers: the patty could be described as a medium thick semi-smashburger made of fresh ground organic beef, fried medium well done, with plenty of fat and flavour, served in a potato bun. The benchmark cheeseburger (make it double) comes with cheddar, raw onion, pickles and Gasoline Grill mayo sauce. The fries are crinkle-cut, light and soft inside. Definitely a great, plain hamburger. The menu also features fried chicken sandwiches, vegetarian burgers and a butter burger. Drink house made lemonade or cold Tuborg. Gasoline Grill is expanding with plenty of other locations, but the gas station at Landgreven is the original Gasoline Grill.

Sicilian flavours and great bread by Christian Puglisi. All day dining, including a nice breakfast-brunch.Mirabelle Spiseria is the renewed Sicilian inspired all day eatery in Nørrebro by chef Christian Puglisi, next door to his other restaurant, Bæst. The legendary bakery and eatery has now been turned into a proper Sicilian osteria with a focus on pasta and Sicilian flavours inspired by Puglisi’s Sicilian heritage. I had the breakfast, which already gives some nice flavours of the new setup, with scrambled eggs with nduja butter, kale with olive oil and Sicilian brioche with pistachio custard. The breakfast can be turned into lunch by adding a beef tartar with ground dried tomato capuliato, capers and oregano. The lunch and dinner menu features dishes from crudo of monkfish to braised rabbit with olives and spaghetti with anchovies, and, of course almond granita. For those who are missing the sourdough bread from Mirabelle Bakery: it’s still served with the food and can be bought in limited amounts for takeout.
Seks in Copenhagen is a relaxed and cheerful spot that reflects the owners’ passion for bringing people together over good food. It’s a welcoming place to unwind, enjoy the warm atmosphere, and discover something new with each visit.

Pizzeria with sourdough base and making their own charcuterie and cheeses. This place is famous for its pizzas, recognized as one of the best in the world (according to their website). They produce their own charcuterie and cheese on the floor above the restaurant and the pizza base is made with sourdough and baked at 450 C.We ordered two pizzas:* Tomato passata, BÆST ’nduja, smoked BÆST Mozzarella, spring onions, oregano.* Chanterelles, BÆST Goat Cheese, parsley puree, parsley. We definitely would rank this pizza amongst the best we’ve had, super nice sourdough and the ingredients on top were very good as well, and a perfect temperature and texture.
Juju is a Korean comfort food restaurant in Copenhagen, created by Kristian Baumann and Youngjin Kim. It combines a relaxed vibe with thoughtful cooking, drawing on the chefs’ experience to make familiar flavors feel special. The restaurant’s welcoming atmosphere and shareable approach make it an inviting spot for both everyday dining and casual get-togethers.

A creative, casual Korean restaurant with an unconventional menu. Juju’s reimagined classic dishes speak with a Korean accent but in a familiar tone that’s still recognisable to people perhaps less confident with Korean food. The chilli cucumber, nori vinegar fries and the chilled green tea noodles are must orders.
ARK is known as one of the first entirely plant-based fine dining spots in Copenhagen. The atmosphere feels warm, and the menu is carefully put together to highlight creative flavors. They also offer cocktails and mocktails that complement the overall experience.
