Will Goldfarb is one of the world’s most renowned pastry chefs. He has worked in many of the most respected restaurants in the world during the last 20 years, including El Bulli in Spain and Tetsuya Wakuda in Sydney. He is also known from the Chef’s Table series on Netflix. In the town of Ubud in Bali, Goldfarb runs Room 4 Dessert, a dessert bar, focusing on the local culture and produce in his cooking.
