Rasmus Kofoed

The chef and co-owner of restaurant Geranium loves challenges. His restaurant in Copenhagen reached No 1 in the World's 50 Best Restaurants in 2022 and has three Michelin stars. In the Bocuse d'Or chef’s competition, Rasmus Kofoed has won bronze, silver and gold. When not cooking, he likes to practice long distance running.
