Probably my favourite restaurant in Copenhagen. The flavours are new, refreshing and fantastic. Sanchez is probably my favourite restaurant in Copenhagen. I’m no expert on Mexican cuisine, so whenever I have Mexican food I feel that the flavours are new, refreshing and fantastic. And I think that Rosio Sanchez and her team have really succeeded in making something authentically unique. It’s very much their own flavours and Sanchez gives great variation to the Copenhagen restaurant scene with all the Nordic stuff. And I love their Michelada drink - it's my favourite.

A place to satisfy your palate and eyes.Beautiful breakfast / light lunch spot in Copenhagen center. Choose from a classic Copenhagen set (home baked sourdough buns with whipped butter and cheese), perfectly creamy porridge or signature breakfast dishes such as savoury waffle with egg salad or with whipped mascarpone, elderflower and rhubarb jam. Not to be missed are baked on the premises “croissants” - sweet pastries of perfectly layered pastry filled with lemon curd and dipped in poppy seed or with miso caramel and sesame seeds. As a bonus comes the beautiful interior as Apotek shares space with the showroom of one of the coolest Cph design brands - Frama (shopping for some ceramics might be a good cherry on top of your breakfast).
