Delicious breakfast, super famous butter tower, cute vibe, great coffee and all-day fresh breakfast and brunch. Of course, this is one of the most recommended spots in Copenhagen for a reason. Seeing the whipped butter tower from the cover in real life is something else. The place is bright and cozy. As always, I loved the open kitchen, so it was quite meditative to observe the preparation of perfect plates. Famous morning plate featuring a soft-boiled egg, sourdough bread, 24-month comté cheese, jam, and whipped butter, is delightfully tasty even though the ingredients seem basic. Almond blueberry pancakes with vanilla cream were good, but the texture is more cake-like than fluffy-pancake, so if you don’t expect this you’re good.. I would give it a try if you want but I wouldn’t wait in line for it.
