April Coffee is by far the most serious barista bar I have ever visited. It is a place for serious coffee aficionados in every regard. Their selection is impressive and the baristas are walking encyclopedias about coffee. Ask them a question and they know. They have now taken that one step further and are offering a 6 course coffee tasting menu. A menu taking you through varies coffee preparations from a “mocktail” to filer coffees, espressos and a “dessert finale”. A journey that shows the many applications of coffee as well as their incredible skill set. Even though I have considered my self a coffee lover and snob for a while @aprilcoffeecph takes this to another level. Michelin star level is the best comparison as they approach the tasting menu in the same way that top restaurants does.
