Excellent seafood restaurant - never had a bad meal here. Beautiful seafood tower and seasonal cooking. Clamato is a classic institution I really like. It's right next to Septime that has become famous and hard to get a table at, so going to Clamato next door is a good alternative as they don't take reservations. It’s an excellent seafood restaurant and I've never had a bad meal there. They're known for their beautiful seafood tower and I definitely always get that and just a some cooked seafood and shellfish that they offer. Clamato’s menu is a good reflection of what's in the ocean at the moment.

Their natural wines list is intriguing and a full part of the experience.Always a fun meal

The must go place for me in Paris. The food is super well executed. Le Servan is the must-go place for me in Paris and there is not a visit to Paris when I would skip a meal here. This bistro, run by sisters Tatiana and Katia Levha, mixes a little bit of French straightforwardness with an Asian twist as the Levha sisters are half Filipino. The food is super well executed. For me, this is the best lunch or dinner destination in Paris if you’re not going for a three-star meal.

Filling, affordable and oh-so-satisfying.Slinging some of the best lahmacun your Euro can buy, this tiny Kurdish sandwich shop on Rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis in the 10th arrondissement has been open for over 15 years. From the hand-rolled dough to the wood burning charcoal grill, everything is cooked to order and assembled right in front of you. The charred savour and crisp-come-soft chew of the homemade bread is something to write home about. The straightforward menu offers a handful of dürüm, including ground beef, free range chicken, lamb and lamb's liver, as well as a vegetarian option. Take your pick, you can't go far wrong whichever path you choose. However, leave without a lahmacun in hand at your own peril: lamb mince and spice and everything nice - AKA tomato, parsley and onion.A must-visit when in Paris!

Hole in the wall seafood heavenTwo tables of six plus a small counter. Super fresh, seasonable, sustainably sourced and extremely reasonably priced shellfish and fish with a daily changing menu. Mostly natural wines, noisy & fun wibe. Olive Davoux’s über-tiny place in the northern Paris (10th arr) is not for everyone. If you are looking for peace and privacy, don´t go here. Sur Mer is all about passion and buzz. But where the atmosphere might be a bit rough, what´s on a plate is all about sophistication. Lovely place.

Basque bar with parisian flair. This bar is the wine bar of the famous le Comptoir, which is also great. It is divided into two, de la terre and de la mer. I like to start at la mer and end at la terre, for a nice lunch with a pretty good and affordable selection of wines. (Prices are on the bottles, so I advise to just choose a cool one, there is no real wine list or anything as far as I know). So be sure to check it out, both of them, I just was not able to select de la mer.
