Quintessential Pub Style Bar The Cambridge Public House is the quintessential pub style bar offering phenomenal cocktails and freshly baked snacks. Upon entering the bar, one is immediately welcomed by the fragrance of freshly baked pastry. Their homemade sausage rolls and pies are the perfect savoury snack to enjoy alongside some impressive cocktails. The bar offers unique and creative cocktails with flavours ranging from sweet and creamy to bold, savoury and tangy. The Panais Colada is highly recommended; an audacious twist on the classic Pina Colada. Instead, the Panais Colada is made with parsnip, cream, dark rum and velvet falernum. It's a more refreshing version, when compared to the typically over-sweet coconut version, boasting creamy earthy flavours. Another fabulous cocktail was the Kiwi Gyan - a tangy, fun, green concoction of kiwi, lemon, maraschino cherries and rum. The mixologists will keep you entertained with their fascinating and impressive cocktail making skills. The menu changes periodically giving one the option to visit on every trip to Paris.

Restaurant and natural wine bar turning into a club and cocktail bar after midnight.Probably Paris’ most stylish interior design. This restaurant and natural wine bar serves sharing plates with elements cooked over open fire, inspired by the Argentinian cuisine. When the kitchen closes, the space turns into a club and cocktail bar.

Two concepts rolled into a World's 50 Best: a Mexican taqueria joint and late night agave spirits barQuixotic Groups knows how to create a VIBE. Candelaria is open seven days a week, and consistently a best bar winner on international lists since opening 11 years ago. With two different concepts in one space, regulars know exactly where they are headed. It is either the tiny taqueria (seen behind by the neon pink “TACOS” sign in the window) for its authentic chilaquiles, carnitas, flautas, quesadilles, and tacos with quality tequila & mezcal shots, cervezas, frozen margaritas etc.(brunch on weekends too) OR late night for the dimly-lit craft cocktail bar reached via a door in the back of the taqueria. Friendly staff advise on agave-based spirits and house creations like “La Guepe Verte” - chili-infused tequila, cucumber, cilantro and lime. Fabulous guac and chips can be eaten in the cocktail bar. Quixotic is the same team behind Le Mary Celeste and Bar Marilou in New Orleans with new projects coming soon. Taqueria Mon-Thurs 5pm-11.30pm / Fri-Sun 12pm-11.30pm. Bar daily 6pm-2am.

Fabulous little cocktail bar in Paris (try the Bloody Mary!), and proper snacks: lobster roll, cockles, nitamago egg... oh and breakfast in the morning!
Madonna is a recently opened Italian restaurant in Paris’s Opéra district that already feels like part of the neighborhood. The space is cozy, and the staff’s crisp white suits give a nod to traditional Milanese osterias. It’s a comfortable spot for anyone looking for a warm setting and professional service.

Moonshiner is a tucked-away Parisian speakeasy with a hidden entrance behind a pizza place. Step through the large refrigerator door to discover a cozy, vintage bar that recalls the Prohibition era. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, making it a fun spot to linger over inventive cocktails.

Gorgeous Parisian SpeakeasyMoonshiner is a quintessential speakeasy that is inspired by the clandestine drinking locations of the prohibition era. This gorgeous little bar is tucked away behind a pizza restaurant and to enter it, you have to walk through the large refrigerator of the pizzeria before finally being transported back in time to the most charmingly quaint bar. The cocktails, themselves, are also incredible. The Taboulé – a tasty tipple consisting of vodka, mint, parsley, cucumber, clarified tomato, rye vodka and amaretto – comes highly recommended. Moonshiner is highly impressive and can't be recommended enough.
Red House is a late-night craft cocktail bar and taqueria in Paris with a relaxed rock-and-roll vibe. Joe Boley & Jen Riley's late night craft cocktail bar - taqueria with a serious rock and roll vibe.First, things, first. I'm a Southerner who grew up along the 1-10 corridor learning to drink in dive bars from New Orleans to New Mexico. We're talking jukeboxes with Lynyrd Skynyrd on repeat, late-night taco trucks, motorcycle clubs chalking cue sticks and chefs playing pinball while drinking Budweiser from a bottle. This is everything that I love about Joe Boley & Jen Riley's Texi-Cali Red House. These talented restaurateurs (Sister Midnight) create authentic concepts from their shared experiences in the American West & Europe. Red House is so well-done: bangin' craft cocktails (hello, they are a World's Best Bar), food, staff, decor & classic rock DJ nights all create a vibe that make you want to stay all night. Local legend Omid Tavallai (Co-Founder of Emperor Norton/Transplant Kitchen Podcast) is the "taco slinger" - making killer taqueria bar snacks from scratch: tacos, queso nachos, chicken wings and more. The bartenders are knowledgable, friendly and remember faces and drink orders like no-one's business. Red House has it ALL, including a disco ball, Metallica pinball machine and big screen TV for football matches. Game, on. Photos: Aron Farkas
Sister Midnight is a cocktail bar in Pigalle that welcomes everyone with its open, friendly vibe. The place mixes well-crafted drinks with a regular line-up of drag and burlesque shows, all set against stylish decor that nods to the neighborhood’s glam rock past. It’s a relaxed spot to enjoy good music, a lively atmosphere, and a sense of community.

Its always a party at this one of a kind, world class cocktail bar in Pigalle, hosting drag shows on weekends.Run by Joe and Jen (also the masterminds behind Red House Bar in the 11th) Sister Midnight’s motto is practically, “You be you.” Sipping a high-quality cocktail at the bar or in a dark corner sitting on plush banquettes behind velvet curtains, you can imagine a stunning Paris/Berlin/New Orleans venue in the 1920’s. I love the peacock blue walls, gold mirrors and fun billboard signs with upcoming schedule of drag show stars’ names in lights. Don't worry if you hear Pigalle is sketchy - Sister Midnight is a gorgeous tiny gem where everyone is welcome, personalities are BIG, and drinks are STELLAR. With Joe, Joe and Jen (there are actually two Joes - the Owner and Joe from Australia) behind the bar, you can let your inhibitions fly with any creation they guide you too. Photos by Aron Farkas.
CRAVAN Paris 6e sits in a 17th-century building in the Saint-Germain-des-Prés neighborhood, offering a chic but welcoming setting spread over several floors. Alongside creative cocktails, you’ll find spaces devoted to culture, including a bookstore by Rizzoli and even a small outdoor movie kiosk. The retro-futuristic design throughout adds to the spot’s unique atmosphere.
