The setting is magnificent with huge windows looking into the huge aquarium at the Atlantis Hotel in Dubai. This is a Michelin starred restaurant that may well get its second star next week. The food is fantastic and the chef takes you on a voyage of taste and sight. Highly recommended tasting menu.
