Since it’s opening as a complement to Alkimia, Al Kostat has grow into one of the best catalan restaurants in Barcelona. Now it features an extended menu that goes from simple Anchovies, one of the best omelettes in Barcelona to more cooked and gourmand dishes like filled Pig Trotters or Game dishes when in season. Some of the best in the city are also their rices, like the red Mullet one or a classic taken from Alkimia with crayfish. Recently added to their menu is the Picasso chicken, one of the best roasted chickens I have tried.They also had a good wine list as it’s shared with Alkimia.
