Experimental creative cuisine. A culinary journey that will excite all your senses! I was seated in the hidden room behind the wine cellar. My favourite bite was the caviar fried bun and fois gras. Not going to spoil the experience but u'll all love it.

The renovated Enigma restaurant by Albert Adrià offers a great gastronomic experience. Chef Albert Adrià prepared almost 20 dishes for us and we were absolutely amazed by the creative execution and super tasty, precise flavors. We also decided to try their Sua bar, where in a separate room you can have special lobster dishes that are prepared in front of the guest on a small Josper grill. The wine list is great, but you should definitely try out their beautiful selection of cocktails.Great experience, absolutely for a recommendation!
Cocina Hermanos Torres in Barcelona stands out for its open kitchen design and modern approach to Spanish cuisine. Diners can watch the chefs at work while enjoying a carefully paced meal and attentive service. The space feels welcoming and highlights creativity in every detail.

I think it’s fair to say that Cocina Hermanos Torres is a classic modern 3 Michelin star restaurant with everything that this entails. I think I have mentioned techniques and elaborated presentations more times in this piece than I have in my last 5 put together. It is however not just about techniques. The flavors are great as they should be and it’s all underpinned by great service. Lately, I have been annoyed when tasting menus last for +4 hours which is a very long time unless it’s +20 dishes. Here it was about 3 hours and not once did I think to myself “it's been a while since the last dish” which is exactly how it should be.
Lasarte is a three-Michelin-starred restaurant in Barcelona’s Monument Hotel, guided by chefs Martín Berasategui and Paolo Casagrande. The warm, attentive setting creates an inviting space where guests can enjoy a thoughtfully crafted meal.

AÜRT Restaurant in Barcelona brings chef Artur Martinez’s pared-down cooking style from his former venture, Capritx, into a new setting at the Hilton Diagonal Mar. Visitors can watch the team finish each dish at two central counters, staying true to a straightforward and flavor-focused approach. Soon after opening, the restaurant was awarded its first star, reflecting its dedication to refined simplicity.

From the suburbs of Terrassa, Artur Martinez moved his awarded and often overlooked tiny restaurant Capritx to the lobby of Hilton Diagonal. Here he has reinforced his team with some young & talented chefs, and finally with a kitchen more according to his talent. All the action happens in two counters where the team will finish all the dishes.Expect the same style as Capritx, really minimalistic dishes but packed with flavour and upgraded desserts thanks to the addition of the new pastry chef. The motto of the place: We prefer reflected simplicity to forced complexity.Last week was awarded its first star just months after its opening.
