At this great vegetarian (also vegan) restaurant, chef Paul Ivic has done his homework building a network of hand picked farmers and producers in the countryside near Vienna. The the posh dining room with a vaulted ceiling contrasts the humble vegetarian produce turned into inspiring dishes. This is seasonal, mostly organic and farm-based cooking with plenty of preserved and fermented produce, especially during the winter. Also, a great wine list with all the top Austrian producers and a great non-alcoholic beverage pairing including house made kombuchas.
