Simply unique and a personal recommendation
One of my personal insider tips in Vienna is the Mraz und Sohn! Markus Mraz (actually the son of "Mraz und Sohn") cooks here with the next generation "son" Lukas Mraz and in the restaurant the guests are takes care by Manuel Mraz.
For the seasonal surprise menu the basic ingredients are first presented raw - and then, course by course, they are conjured up on the table. Also an experience: the cheese wagon.
