I went to chef Elena Reygadas’ bakery. That guava pastry! I'm into pastry and bread big time and I used to go to my certain spots that I loved in Paris or in Spain, but Panaderia Rosetta is the real deal. In this new pastry place, the textures, the varieties, the coffee was amazing. That was just next level, I was blown away. It was amazing.
