I was blown away by Kazu San Omakase menu. Very intelligent cooking, simple, clean, produce driven and packed with umami!
A very progressive menu with each bite. Kazu cooked for us and spent time explaining his techniques and talking about his sourcing direct from Japan.
Stunning food, service and entertaining evening, even if I over did the sake!
