We only have few ones at this level in Copenhagen and it is like in Japan and with local Danish fish and vegetables. Very nice “beak to tail” yakitori with lots of cuts from chicken on sticks and made on a robata grill and fire and wonderful mochi with strawberries.The place is run in collaboration between the sake sommelier Henrik Ando Levinsen who is serving a lot of different and wonderful types of Japanese sake. His wife Akiko Ando Levinsen is the head chef and the friend Mads Battefeld from Sushi Anaba is somehow part of it all.
