Dominique Crenn has long been a great source of inspiration with her almost poetic cooking and handling of raw materials. Her two restaurants in San Fransisco, one of which has three Michelin stars, are well known throughout the world. Now Dominique has opened in Paris! Today I had lunch at Golden Poppy and it was a fantastic experience, food, environment and service left nothing to be desired. So, if you are in Paris, you have my tip here.
