The tenderly cooked Black Angus Onglet is complemented by grilled leeks, olive cream, and cassis with celery. The accompanying jus poured at the table adds an extra layer of depth to this exceptional dish. For dessert, Bricole pays homage to Berlin's beloved "Pfannkuchen" (pancakes) with cherries from Bauer Riedel, cherry sorbet, yogurt cream, doughnuts, and buckwheat. Alternatively, a selection of cheeses can be chosen to conclude the meal.To enhance the dining experience, Fabian curates a wine selection that elevates each course.
