Sichuan Kitchen

My favorite Chinese restaurant in Madrid. Located in an area full of Chinese restaurants, this one is one of the more modern ones, which often is a bad sign, but not in this case, a big restaurant, big tables, clean, and good food. What we ordered on this occasion was: * Spicy Wonton. * Pork belly cooked twice. * Chong Qing chicken. * Yu Xiang aubergine. * Rice cake. Except for the dessert, we really enjoyed all the dishes, especially the Wonton soup. Lots of flavors and spices, and also nice textures overall, definitely not your average Chinese and currently our favorite in town.
