An expert in French pastriesChef Francois Perret is delivering French pastry at a higher level and playful way. I love how he makes a simple salmon sandwich into a creative, fun and most importantly delicious one. The madeleines are incredibly light and luxurious full of flavour, my favorite is the passion fruit. Take away or stop by and indulge yourself with some sweets.
