Much like its sister restaurant JIP, Double has something important to say about portion sizes, pacing and pricing. Chef Tsuyoshi Yamakawa is immensely talented having trained at some outstanding restaurants including two of our all time favorites Kadeau Bornholm and Saturne. His cuisine is a personal amalgamation of various cultures including Japanese and Italian among others. Every dish was executed flawlessly and elicited excitement, intrique and just pure joy.
