If you want really good beef bourguignon (especially when the weather is cold), this is the place. The beef is tender without being overly cooked. And the wine flavor is intense. The escargots are very good too, served in individual tiny ceramic pots instead of in the usual escargot dish.
Don’t let the many tourists there fool you. There are tourists in every restaurant in La Marais anyway. But the food is solid.
