The restaurant Rote Bar in Sacher hotel Vienna offers the perfect ambience for lovers of traditional, classic Viennese cuisine to experience it at the highest level. From original Sacher goose liver tarte with elderberry, apricot and brioche, to grilled pike pearch fillet and finish with the juicy Venison Wellington fillet with blackcurrant red cabbage, venison praline and parsnip, everything is very tasty. Food is accompanied with the nice selection of Austrian, Italian and French wines.
