In a quiet backstreet neighborhood of Bangkok, Chef Save and Chef Tao are cooking up modernized takes of ancient Thai recipes. Both having cooked at top Michelin establishments in Bangkok, they wanted to get away from fine dining and really get down and cook for their guests. With their first restaurant space having only two tables, they established a reputation of cooking up personalized meals for their discerning guests. Since then they’ve moved to a slightly bigger space, but still require all of the food to be pre-ordered so they can source the freshest ingredients possible and keep food waste at a minimum. This is the kind of place that both Thai elders and adventurous foodies would enjoy.
