Mamiche is undoubtedly one of Paris’s finest bakeries. I tried their croissant, roulé jambon-fromage, brioche au sucre, and babka—all showcasing excellent craftsmanship and flavor. The croissant was crisp yet airy, the roulé was rich and satisfying, the brioche was light with just the right touch of sweetness, and the babka was moist and indulgent without being overly sweet. The queue may be long, but the quality more than justifies the wait. A true gem for anyone who appreciates artisanal French baking.
