Up the street from us is Josey Baker Bakery run by Josey Baker, who's got The Mill café in the same space. The Mill is a unique bakery as it's a bakery in the back and a cafe in the front. And they mill flour like the name says daily and bake a fermented style of bread. We work with them and use their bread at The Progress and they grind all of our flours for our pancake doughs, and some of the the other very specific flours that we use. I love what he's doing.
