The set 7-course menu is an interesting expedition through different corners of India, influenced by the chefs' experiences, sources of inspiration, and travels in the country. It’s without a doubt one of the most beautiful restaurant in Bangkok. The wine program, masterfully curated by sommelier Thanakorn “Jay” Bottorff, showcases a collection of over 60 wines by the glass and more than 600 labels by the bottle. With the liberty to create his ideal wine list, he strikes a harmonious and varied balance between classic, progressive, mature, and youthful choices. The program places a special emphasis on artisanal and natural wines, putting the spotlight on the producers.
