Welcome to Chez Marius, a kind of «neo-venetian» osteria to quote the famous gastronomic critic Gilles Pudlowski.
I enjoy having lunch and diner there for several reasons: first, the extreme freshness of the ingredients (for example, the tuna carpaccio, baba ganoush and green beans in vinaigrette). Then, this incredible marrow bone covered with beef tartare, which is the specialty of the house and the only dish that never leaves the menu. Finally and above all, the smile of Cédric, amazing director of the place.
