Stunning! Stunning debut restaurant from longtime Paris food and wine world insider Maniu Peña. The vibe was guaranteed to be great and it is. However the food is absolutely outstanding on its own. Each dish is a melange of flavors that come together in a unique symbiotic way that had us craving for more and more. The onion dish was particularly amazing. Paris needed this restaurant. We cannot wait to return as soon as possible❤️
