The Butcher of Paris is a food market butcher at the Marché des Enfants Rouges. The butcher stall also has a small restaurant where they cook amazing meat, and you can of course also buy the meat home. This is the only place in France where you can have calf meat from Corsica called ‘veau tigre’. It’s amazing because it’s a very old species from Corsica. The meat usually isn’t exported out of Corsica, but it is possible because this butcher has a very good relationship with Mr. Jacques Abbatucci, the farmer of these rare cows. This butcher shop is a lovely market place restaurant and they have an amazing wine list too.
