Understated fine dining at the top of a hotel in the Olympic ParkAllegra is something of a hidden gem, out East in Stratford. Chef's Patrick Powell's cooking isn't showy, with nothing superfluous, but each plate offers a treat or two that feel like gifts delivered by Powell himself. Great service and lovely staff complete the package.
