The chef is Olivier Elzer, a big name in Hong Kong. He was working for Joel Robuchon for many years. It’s a very typical French, so if you want something very French, this is the place. All the flavours and the service are spot on. The service is impeccable and the wine list is huge. Big tables and a generous dining room as you can expect from Saint Regis.
