There are no tables and cold beer is served in the bottles. There is also no choice: the sole dish is cochinita pibil, masterfully cooked pulled pork. And the only freedom you have here is to choose between taco, tortilla, panucho or tamal as a base for your cochinita. Crispy panucho (corn tortilla refried with black beans) is probably the best.
