YŌSO was opened last year by Brazilian chef Habner Gomes in the Alcântara neighborhood, and the counter is beautiful. I had seen Gomes working in other restaurants and I was impressed from the start. The way he cuts the fish, and he does nigiris that are excellent. just won a Michelin star, by the way. It just got a Michelin star and it’s very good.
