Anita Potter has got a very small restaurant called Viand in Eastern Sydney. It's a tasting menu experience, but showcases her deep breadth of knowledge when it comes to a range of different cuisine types from Thailand. I think her education has been built around the knowledge of chef David Thompson, and I think anybody that spends longer than half an hour with David walks away as a better cook. So Anita Potter is doing a phenomenal work with Thai food.
