This place is best known for its banh cuon rice rolls - and they are great - but I can never resist this bubbling, savoury banh canh cua crab soup, with its little volcanoes of crab meat and thick brown rice noodles. It’s a little Marrickville secret and you’ll catch me slurping it for lunch at least once a week when I’m home.
