VEX

I think Vex Dining is underrated and deserves a bit more love because it's excellent. It's owned by a front of house person and a chef so it's independently owned and that's always going to be my recommendation. The drinks are very good, there’s a very good dry martini, there's excellent wine, of course, and the food is interesting. I think even the chef might have worked in Scandinavia. It's delicious. Lots of vegetables. I've been there twice recently and I thought it was great.
