Ingredients from Thai producers, including local Thai mozzarella and serious pizzaiolo skills from a man who clearly knows all about Italy and Isaan - Chef Nart Menat Sikala. 48h-fermented pizza dough and classic and innovative toppings. That alone for me says a lot about their attitude towards flavorful, quality products and where their minds are at.
