The owners have placed their yakitori grill in their coffee roastery in Slakthusområdet in Stockholm and serve an ambitious, inexpensive yakitoriinspired lunch. Among the favorites is tsukune skewer - done after established ratio between different parts of chicken including cartilage - and dipped in egg yolk and sesame oil.
