Shui Kee

One of the noodle places that I love to go to is Shui Kee, and it’s known for having some of the best beef offal dishes in Hong Kong. They serve lungs, spleen and other beef intestines with noodles. I think it's the third generation doing the same recipes of noodles and it's just a hole in the wall on the street and it happens to be near my work. It’s very, very delicious and I go there quite often.
