Fine dining using mostly Japanese ingredients with a hint of England throughout the meal perfectly executed by a fantastic team. This restaurant by Jason Atherton is a winner. I loved it. The experience takes place in 3 different rooms that feel like a luxury British country home. The music is expertly curated making this a multi sensory experience.
