Located inside the Delano Hotel on Bluewaters Island, the interior is absolutely stunning, exuding elegance and attention to detail. The food is equally impressive, featuring some of the finest smoked salmon I’ve ever had, served with a delicate pancake that I absolutely loved. The potato with caviar was another standout, perfectly balanced and indulgent. For a more relaxed vibe, you can opt to sit by the pool and enjoy a refined lunch from their poolside menu.
