Smørrebrød on a very high level, at an amazing location in Kongens Have.
I really enjoy Orangeriet at the old location of the first Geranium in the King’s Garden. That beautiful room is so charming and they're serving amazing smørrebrød and actually the chef Jasper Kure is a former Bocuse D’or competitor. Now he's doing traditional Danish smørrebrød so you can imagine it's on a high level. Very tasty food, and the location in the summertime - it's amazing. I would order some pickled herring with capers and raw red onions. And a potato smørrebrød with mayonnaise and crispy onions. And then avocado or tomato or maybe shrimps and asparagus.
