Underrated gem of a star restaurant in Singapore.
That isn’t to say that her simpler dishes don’t deliver the same thrill. They do, especially when that lipstick-red Carabinero prawn she serves is as big as a lobster and filled with meat so sweet that it had me ravenous for more.
I will return.
