Finally someone rethinking the coffee shop experience. I’ve been a Kurasu fan for years, but their Ebisugawa store in Kyoto is an extra fun take on a modern café. They only brew on home-equipment, which means, that they don’t even have an espresso machine on bar. However you can still order a cappuccino made on Aeropress, which tastes extremely close to one made on a machine. So cool!
