Faultless Japanese multi course delightI visited on a Sunday lunchtime and was suitably blown away by a perfectly formed kaiseki style journey. Super fresh Mediterranean ingredients meet Japanese respect and technique to create possibly the best Japanese dining experience I’ve experienced outside of Japan. A choice of 2 menus deliver headline ingredients but with added bonus treats from the hands of the sushi chefs adding mouth popping freshness around the perfectly formed plates.
