Located just near Nishi-Azabu crossing, Kibun is one of Tokyo’s newest gems.
Kibun’s cuisine is the product of Chef Ugo Perret-gallix who spent formative years at the legendary Kikunoi Honten learning Japanese washoku before running the kitchen at 2-Michelin star Esquisse in Tokyo.
The sensibilities of both cuisines are prevalent in Perret-gallix’s menu but executed and blended in such a way, the end result was something very new and nuanced to the palate.
