Brilliant Italian cuisine in a homely atmosphere It’s not common to feel “at home” in a palace hotel restaurant, but Il Carpaccio is an exception..Situated in the very chic Royal Monceau Hotel in Paris, the restaurant’s cuisine is led by a couple (in real life) of chefs, Oliver Piras and Alessandra Del Faver, in collaboration with the Da Vittorio family.They serve comforting Italian classics like the wonderful veal parmigiana and the unforgettable pacchreri al pomodoro “Da Vittorio”.
