Hansik goo is sister restaurant of Mingles, 2 star michelin restaurant in Seoul, no.16 on Asia 50 best.
The one star Michelin restaurant is situated in central, heart of all the fine dining restaurants in Hong Kong.
The new menu is created by chef Park and chef Mingoo featuring lots of seasonal Korean ingredients.
I cannot reccomend this more as it is one of a kind in HK. Def something you don’t want to miss in Asia.
