Galanga

Galanga is a Thai restaurant I really enjoy. It has a beautiful story because a guy that used to work with me back in the day as the general manager of the restaurant got married with a Thai girl. She ended up also being a fantastic cook, and now she's the queen of the Asian culinary scene In Mexico City, she has a Thai and a Singaporean restaurant. You can really feel the Thai flavor because it's full of Thai staff in the kitchen. I think that's one of my personal favorites.
